Here are my digital versions of 2 designs geared toward each persona based off previous sketches.
|Light, watercolor youthful feel for the printed design. The yellow strands are
actually going to be real oil drizzles. This one is sticking to the Tuscan
motto of “Simplicity in food and life”.
|A more modern photographic approach, the bottle will be either Chianti pair
style or Onion Style Bottle. I’m playing with the idea of making the oil
like a sea of liquid gold and trying to convey the freshness of the olives.
|This is geared towards an older audience. Richer colors, more simplistic
and traditional approach. Once again, this is a variation of
“Simplicity in food and life”.
|Here it’s messing with the idea of rich Italian textiles in a modern, subdued
manner. The olives, of course, represent olive oil while the cheese is calling back to
the Bertolli past when he started out selling cheese and olives in Lucca, Tuscany.
|This is a variation of the “Simplicity in food and life” design that was done. Here, the
different elements are a little more masculine, structured forms, and graphic/vectored
in appearance as opposed to natural and loose that was seen in Celeste’s.
|This is a more rustic and simplistic approach featuring a die cut bottle and
the different items that Bertolli used to sell in his old shop.
